Director Biography

Originally trained as an Optometrist the capture of stimulating images was a natural progression for Carl Emerton. His first short film Pingin, Black Celt was successful in winning awards for the film and it's music. The next project was a specific music video made for Australian musician Matt Boylan Smith capturing a WW1 love ballad. I Crashed my Drone in Texas had it's genesis in a true story of a drone crashing in Texas with the narrative converted to a Country Romance song.
