In the Mindflip Prequel, viewers are taken on a journey through the world and characters of the upcoming science fiction/horror film. One key element of the Prequel is the introduction of Dr. Laurence Fine and his innovative yet controversial cybernetics technique, known as cut and paste brute force. Frustrated by the lack of recognition from the scientific community, Dr. Fine embarks on a risky experiment to transfer the mind of a dog to a cat in order to prove the validity of his theories. However, the experiment's repercussions have significant consequences that set the stage for the events of the feature film.
