Overview & Credits

FILM OVERVIEW

A group of five friends from the Bay Area venture into the Redwood National Forest to play the latest augmented reality game called MURMUR. However, as they immerse themselves in the game, their own reality begins to warp and distort in dangerous ways.

As they struggle to distinguish between what is real and what is not, they realize that the game is not just a harmless form of entertainment. Something sinister is at play, and they must find a way to escape the forest and the game before they lose their grip on reality altogether.

Will they be able to navigate the twisted world of MURMUR and make it out alive, or will they become trapped in a dangerous alternate reality forever?
