Overview & Credits

Since the day his father abandoned their family on Christmas morning, Rudy has been trapped in a never-ending loop of celebrating Christmas in the hope that his father will return. Now 43 and alone, Rudy's only company is his clueless and overbearing mother, who is far from winning any Best Mom awards.

However, Rudy's life takes an unexpected turn when he meets Clarice, a woman who challenges his perspective on life. With the help of a sassy angel named Nelson, Rudy begins to realize that there is more to life than Christmas and that he can find joy in other things, even if his father never returns.

But just as Rudy begins to accept this, something unexpected happens that could change everything. Will Rudy finally be able to move on from his past, or will he be forever trapped in the cycle of celebrating Christmas? Only time will tell.
